Are you tired of your original plastic junction? Want to make an upgrade that will last? This universal stainless steel junction can replace any original 86 thru 91 automatic transmission 2wd plastic junctions (2 versions of the auto transmission plastic junctions originally made). Must be used in conjunction with this silicone cooling hose, which is included in this kit and may not be the hose currently on your van, depending on which version of the plastic junction you have.

• This kit will fit all Automatic Transmission 2.1Ltr Vanagons regardless of which type of junction the van is equipped with and will take the guesswork out of trying to determine what junction your cooling system has and enjoy the longevity of stainless steel instead of plastic!
• The automatic trans kit will include the stainless steel junction and the two hoses, and seven clamps, and a tee.

We also offer the Manual Trans Kit.  - which is recommended if you have eliminated your transmission cooler.

-Early vans that do not use the Crocket Mallet will need to use the supplied tee and hose clamps to route the coolant hose to both the heater core and automatic transmission cooler. Vans originally equipped with the Coolant Pipe to Distribution Tower to Trans. Cooler 2.1LTR, which attaches the coolant tower to the coolant pipe going to the radiator and has a small diameter hose branch off to the transmission cooler, will not use the included tee and hose clamps.
