For Syncro Dokas, Tin Tops, and lighter Syncro models. This spring set offers the optimal ride height for the best performance on and off-road.

Modestly stiffer than the stock Syncro springs, they should perform great on dirt roads and off-road. Designed to provide a ride height that allows maximum up-and-down travel per the shock suspension design.

The spring rate is very nice and feels like it came from the factory for the Syncro Tin Top. Supple-it moves with the terrain but with enough firmness; it does not wallow or kneel on paved roads. It has a progressive feel as the suspension compresses through the range of travel.

There is also a gain in ride height over stock springs. The height gained will vary from van to van based on each van's model, individual weight, and weight distribution.

Without shims, these springs will provide an empty Syncro Westy with a ride height of roughly 19" to 19.5", measuring from the center of the wheel/axle to the lower lip of the fender. This ideal ride height range - from 19.0" to 19.5" - allows for adaptability to various syncros, tires, heights, handling preferences, and uses, all within stock specs.

The Bentley Manual advises 1000 miles of driving to seat new springs before alignment. This is a dilemma as we like to see an alignment done during installation. Especially when other parts are replaced during this work that will disturb the alignment, it is your decision as to whether to do a second alignment in 1000 miles of driving and settling. If you are trying to get in the 19.5" range and above, these are not the springs for you. Measurement is taken from the center of the axle to the underside of the fender lip.
