This 4-led Festoon bulb is a replacement for the map light bulb (exterior glove compartment).  The Festoon bulb draws .40 watts or 33ma as compared to the stock 3-watt or 250ma bulb. Please note that these bulbs do require minor bending of tabs to allow circuit board to fit. Located above the glove box.
