Cool your jets!  Under normal operation, the Propex heater combustion exhaust pipe doesn't get hot enough to cause a safety issue, especially if you avoid routing it around combustible material.  If you want EXTRA heat protection, we offer this heat sleeve for HS2000 & HS2211 installations.

Fitment notes:

  • Simply slide this heat sleeve over your combustion exhaust pipe and secure with wrap wires
  • Heat resistant to temperatures up to 500F
  • 26mm ID easily accommodates 22mm combustin pipes 
  • Sold by the meter
  • For Marine applications and especially on inland waterways craft it is a requirement of the Boat Safety Scheme (BSS) that exhaust pipes fitted in an exposed position must be insulated to guard against accidental scalding
