Brand new power steering rack! No Core Charge! Fits left-hand drive models only and include the steering rack mount bushings. Unlike the rebuilt racks, these new racks do not come with the tie rods.

INSTALLATION NOTE: The power steering filter must be replaced at the time of rack replacement as well as a fluid flush, or the warranty will be VOID. The power steering filter is available here. Please keep the fittings from your old rack where the power steering lines join with the new rack. The new rack doesn't come with the fittings, and they are tough to find. Please do not operate or test the steering rack without the tie rod connected.

  • Please Note: Conversions with 2.2's and early 2.5's that are looking to buy our new power steering rack (002078) will need to replace the Subaru filter in the reservoir for warranty purposes and keep proof-of-purchase. To find the correct filter, please reference your Subaru vehicle service manual or contact your local Subaru dealer.
