We stock a complete selection of silicone coolant hoses for the VW Vanagon 2WD and Syncro. Silicone hoses are tough and far more resistant to abrasion or splitting than rubber. Replace your aging rubber hoses -- do it right, do it once!

Vanagon Silicone Coolant Hose Kit

This Silicone hose kit will fit 2WD Vanagons with Manual Transmission 86 thru 91, but you must choose from the menu above which cylinder #1 to coolant the tower hose your van needs. The early hose came on vans from 1986 thru early 1987, up to chassis number H 022956. You can use the picture above to check your hose visually.

All coolant hoses are included from the engine to the radiator except for heater core hoses. Please note that the hose kit picture is accurate from the standpoint of the hoses' shape.

Note: If you are using the Stainless Steel Coolant Tower/Junction, you will need to use the early cylinder #1 to coolant tower hose, part number KT-000946

If a hose, or multiple hoses, are currently out of stock, a complete hose kit will not be available to order.

-We carry most hoses in rubber and silicone so be sure to check both if you don't mind mixing and matching. To check if a hose is available in the opposite material simply copy/paste the product code into the search bar, press enter, and both options will appear.

-If there is no listing for a rubber version, it is not available and you must choose the silicone option.
