This is a German-made Hella European light pattern 7 inch round headlamp for direct factory replacement and comes with H4 55/60 watt bulb. This will improve the amount of light your Vanagon headlights provide at night in all conditions. This headlight does not have the provision for the European city light.

Fits Vanagon 1980-1985 to replace the stock headlight and can be used when converting the 1986-1991 Vanagons to the South African quad-headlight grille setup. If you are looking for a lens that is DOT approved, check out this Hella Vision Plus headlight.

Sold individually.  If you plan on using this light with the higher wattage bulbs it is highly recommended that you us the headlight relay kit as well (80-85 Headlight Relay Kit or 86-91 Headlight Relay Kit).
