We've put together a complete hose kit for the 1.9Ltr / 84-85 model vans (either automatic or manual trans). This kit will fit the models with the H-Pipe next to the pressurized reservoir (the earliest 83.5 are configured differently, and this kit will not match for them). The kit comprises a combination of hoses that are still in production and hoses that we have had made in silicone.

If a hose, or multiple hoses, are currently out of stock, a complete hose kit will not be available to ordered.We carry most hoses in rubber and silicone (both options linked below) so be sure to check both if you don't mind mixing and matching.You can find out which hoses are in stock and which are not by clicking each link and looking at the stock status below the price.If "In-Stock", the individual hose can be added to your cart and you can continue checking the other hoses in the kit. For hoses showing "Out-of-Stock" there is an "Email me when Back-In-Stock" link on each hose page where you can enter your email address and we will notify you when we have them back.

Please note that some hoses on the engine require the removal of pipes and housings. Please inspect these items to decide how you will do the job and get the necessary gaskets while ordering your hose kit.

**Important note: This kit is designed to work with models with the long plastic coolant pipes (1.5" O.D.) or the upgraded stainless steel version 1.5". If you have an 83.5 to 84 with the long metal pipes (1.25" O.D.), you can use 4 hose adapters to step up the hoses to the larger size. This kit covers all of the cooling system hoses and includes heater hoses to the heater tees are alongside the transmission. If you choose to replace more heater hoses to the front, then you will need to purchase our heater hose kit. If you don't purchase the heater hose kit, we highly recommend replacing your plastic heater core tees with more robust metal heater tees.
